This correspondence outlines the complete scope of work for the SalesDrip build project for two (2) users.  All services will be performed in-house by the SalesDrip team. 

SalesDrip Build Services will include:

• A custom email template for general correspondence.
• Custom email templates for drip marketing campaigns that closely match the look and feel of your website:
  • Enlighten Stage drip messages - quantity = 8
  • Discover Stage messages - quantity = 4
  • Evaluate Stage drips - quantity = 4
  • Justify Stage drips - quantity = 4
• Custom promotional coupon - quantity = 1
• Custom surveys:
  • New customer satisfaction survey - quantity = 1
  • Existing customer satisfaction survey - quantity = 1 
  • Non-Paying shipper / consignee survey - quantity = 1
• Custom landing pages that closely match the look and feel of your website:
  • Enlighten Stage - quantity = 1
  • Discover Stage - quantity = 1
  • Evaluate Stage - quantity = 1
  • Justify Stage - quantity = 1
• All system notification emails of important events.

 

 

SalesDrip Build Services will include - continued

  • Send Brochure (New Qualified Lead)
  • Enlighten Stage
  • Discover Stage

  • New Customer
  • Existing Customer
• Custom auto responder emails for surveys and coupons.
• Custom workflow (automation)
• Set up your link library, scoring and automation.
• Custom Fields (as many as you require)
• Importing of contact data
• Custom design on your contact screen.
• Custom design of your dashboard.
• Create an on-line booking calendar for each sales rep.
• Setting of values for lead scoring.
• Setting automation for lead scoring.
• Coding of pipeline conversions & tracking
• Importing of .pdf forms, images and videos into the media library
• Linking of Vimeo hosted videos to the tracking system
• Coordination with your website developer to incorporate tracking & conversion codes into your website.
• Setup of SMS texting if desired. Extra monthly fees are associated with each phone # as well as a cost per text sent.
• System testing of all features
• The SalesDrip team will assist with all future API integrations on the SalesDrip side of the integration as required.

 

 

1. Training  

•     Work with your staff during implementation to help gain a general understanding of the software and how it works with the website.

•     3 hours of Training will be provided via GoToMeeting to show you how your system functions and how to manage it yourself moving forward.

The SalesDrip Build fee is $5,000.00 USD due in advance of commencing system build. Anticipated Build Time is 2 to 4 weeks depending upon response and approval times from client.

 

1. Caveats 

You are entitled to two (2) additional revisions to email templates, landing pages and drip campaign timing after which, each revision will cost $125/hour USD. 

When the SalesDrip Build is complete, the monthly subscription to SalesDrip will start. At that time, you will be required to enter your credit card information for the monthly fee. The monthly fee for two (2) users is $398.00 USD per month. No time commitment contract is required and you may stop at any time. 

 

Use of SalesDrip is subject to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy located on the SalesDrip website under the About Us section. I have read, understand and agree to SalesDrip’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. 

 

1. Payment Methods 

Payments are accepted via credit card through SalesDrip’s website. Credit card charges and statements will read from SalesDrip, Inc.
